Attorney Myra Hamilton represented me with my EEOC discrimination complaint against the Department of Defense. Attorney Hamilton's knowledge and expertise with EEO law was superb and I got every penny's worth! I was in desperate need of adequate counsel to support me in an unlawful employment discrimination matter. I was not able to locate an attorney in my local area and almost gave up. Sexual Harassment Allegation
Attorney Myra Hamilton accepted my case for representation which was an unfortunate and very serious situation and Attorney Hamilton turned it around for good. She was empathetic with me yet fierce with my Employer’s Lawyer. She listened to me and explained every step of the process and gave a voice to me as a victim. I know she is also in the Ministry with her Church from her online bio but she never judged me when I was venting and using a lot of profanity. She worked very hard to act in my best interest and rectify a situation that hurt me very deeply. Excellent Attorney
Attorney Myra Hamilton represented me successfully before the Appeals Tribunal of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development and I was awarded my unemployment benefits. She was skilled, told me exactly what to expect and when she questioned me during the hearing there was no way the Judge could rule any other way but in my favor. She pulled testimony from me that demonstrated that it would be both unfair and an injustice to uphold my employer's position that I engaged in misconduct. She is kind and very professional.
